HOW IT WORKS 

Fitness on the Go has an experienced team who are aware of the challenges that people face with maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercising regularly, especially while having a full-time job in offices. The goals of Fitness on the Go include assisting people to stay in shape and maintain their health.

Initially, there will be a preliminary check that will determine the type of fitness program that will be assigned to the employee. For each employee, Fitness on the Go will provide one workout, which the employees can do at the comfort of their homes, without having to go to the gym. The workout will be simple, quick, and fun, and will have a major impact in the health of the employees.

In addition, our team will provide meal and snack ideas to the employees. The main meal and snack idea will be simple and nutritious, and suitable for a range of dietary needs. 

After assigning the fitness programs to all employees, Fitness on the Go will maintain regular weekly check-ins with everyone. All of these check-ins will be held before the working hours, during lunch, or even after hours, so as to provide a quiet working environment.

During these check-ins, the progress of all employees will be discussed by asking the following questions:
  • Are you having any trouble? If yes, with what?
  • What kind of nutrition have you consumed? Were your meals healthier than before?
  • What has been your experience with last week's workout? Have you noticed any differences?
  • Any tips that you can share with others?
Also, our team will weigh the participants and discuss meals with them. Each employee will share their nutrition habits of the week with everyone and together we will determine what is impacting them and what they can do better.

In addition, Fitness on the Go realizes that people need more motivation to uphold their healthy habits and exercise, and that is why our team has integrated a motivational factor into the challenge. Employees can put an advance of $100 into the fitness pot and get their money returned as they reach their weight-loss goals:*
  • If you lose 5 lbs in 5 weeks, you get $50 back
  • If you lose 10 lbs, you get the whole $100 back
  • If you don't lose 10 lbs, the money is split amongst those who have reached this goal (lost 10 lbs)

Weigh in's to keep employees on track will be done on Week 3, 5, 7 and 10.
